This course provides the student with an introduction to allied health professions and the delivery of healthcare services. This course also prepares students for the demands and challenges presented in many allied health programs by providing strategies for success in the classroom, lab, library, and the clinical environment as well as provide sound advice and guidance for maintaining their emotional and physical well-being.
