Technical Support Certificate

The Technical Support Certificate program builds upon foundational PC support and networking concepts, providing students with the opportunity to develop advanced skills in network configuration, diagnostics, and administration. Graduates are prepared to take the Network+ certification exam. Students must complete the program or have equivalent work experience as determined by the program chair before completing this certificate.
