The Digital Music Specialization offers students the experiences to achieve competencies in modern recording technology, music production and performance. Students focus on learning the digital tools needed in the audio/music profession, and also get experiences in several key areas of the music profession: songwriting, sound management, and performance. Completion of this degree prepares students to take next steps in their music education - professional certification, or transfer to Bachelor's institutions.
Students should note that some of the courses in this degree pathway are only offered one quarter per academic year.
