EAP97

An intensive, multi-level reading, writing, and grammar course to prepare English language learners for the EAP Academic Bridge courses. At this level, students may stay in this course for up to two quarters or progress more quickly if outcomes are mastered. Reading assignments improve students' comprehension and vocabulary. Students practice the writing process as they progress from sentences to one-paragraph compositions. Grammar and mechanics are practiced in the context of writing assignments.
