Outcome Statement
Demonstrate a broad understanding of mathematics, a general understanding of basic chemistry, and foundational understanding of calculus-based physics principles; solve mathematical and scientific problems using qualitative and quantitative reasoning; and utilize this knowledge to build conceptual and mathematical models of realistic systems simplified to essential physical properties; which form the underlying basis for scientific study of physical systems.
Outcome Statement
Effectively acquire and convey technical ideas and information in multi-modal forms of communication and in multiple contexts.
Outcome Statement
Compare, analyze, and evaluate information and ideas to solve problems.
Outcome Statement
Locate, collect, evaluate, analyze, and interpret data from the physical world to develop models that can be used to make predictions.
Outcome Statement
While practicing inclusivity, function effectively as a member of a diverse team engaged in activities appropriate to the specialization’s discipline.
Outcome Statement
Demonstrate responsible and ethical behavior toward individuals, the community, and the environment.
