The Associate in Applied Science in Human Services prepares students for careers in social services, behavioral health, addiction recovery, education, and community settings. The program emphasizes the knowledge and practical skills needed to support individuals, families, and communities in meeting their physical, emotional, and mental health needs.

Through a competency-based curriculum, students explore human behavior, systemic issues, and effective strategies for service delivery and client support. The program also emphasizes ethical practice, communication, and cultural responsiveness.

The Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Human Services is designed around two stackable certificates—program and program—allowing students to enter the workforce with progressive credentials while continuing their education.
